A 50% deposit is required on all orders; Custom work does not begin until the deposit is received. Because each hat is made to order and built to the client's specifications, all deposits are non-refundable after the work has begun. Customer pays for shipping. I cannot guarantee a perfect fit for people that I have not personally measured. 
Additional options- such as bound edges, pencil curls, or specialty hat bands are quoted in advance and included in the final balance.
